All services are scheduled with the purpose to leave time before and after particular sessions for client teaching and to answer any questions you may have. Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Reiki is believed to be useful in relieving stress, anxiety, pain, insomnia and much more.
Chakra Balancing is a form of Ayurvedic medicine with hands on polarity therapy similar to aura balancing which facilitates the even flow of
energy through nerve plexi or chakras,
from the coccyx to the top of the head. Crystals are also incorporated to aid in the balance and to be used for future realignment . Chakra healing is believed to be
useful in relieving anxiety,
headaches, stress and tension.
Generally, massage is delivered to improve the flow of blood and lymph (fluid in lymph glands, part of immune system), to reduce muscular tension or flaccidity, to affect the nervous system through stimulation or sedation, and to enhance tissue healing.
Each session also includes nervous system release, shiatsu and hydrotherapy.
